It all depends on their unique coat and the type of groom you have in mind. On average, an appointment can take anywhere from 1 to 3 hours.

At Groom Club, we value your time and want to provide the best service possible. By scheduling an appointment, you can know that we’re ready and excited to pamper your furry friend on a day and time that suits you best.
When you bring them in for their appointment, you can drop them off up to 1 hour beforehand.Once your furry friend’s grooming session is complete, we’ll give you a friendly heads-up to let you know. To ensure their safety and the smooth running of our operations, we kindly ask that you pick up your pet no later than 1 hour after the scheduled completion time.
We kindly recommend arriving at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure a smooth start. Please note that you will be considered late if you arrive later than 15 minutes past your scheduled time.
While we will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, we may not be able to complete the full service originally booked for your pet. In such instances, we will suggest an alternative service that can be completed within the remaining time. If you decline the alternative service, it will be treated as a late cancellation, resulting in the forfeiture of your deposit.
To cancel an appointment, please inform the salon at least 48 hours in advance. You can cancel by calling the salon or using the cancellation link provided in the confirmation email for online bookings.
